Many of our items are pre-owned and one-of-a-kind. We take care to describe them accurately and pack them carefully. Please read descriptions and check photos before purchasing. Every preowned, thrifted, and vintage piece is carefully inspected and cleaned. Because each of these items is unique and may show natural signs of age or prior use, all sales are considered final, except in the rare case of a verified defect.

🔎 What Qualifies as a Defect

A “defect” means a significant issue that was not described or visible in the product listing at the time of purchase — for example:

• A broken or non-functional part not disclosed in the description

• A large crack, tear, or stain that wasn’t shown in photos

• The wrong item was sent by mistake

Minor cosmetic wear, light scratches, or small imperfections typical of preowned and vintage items are not considered defects.

📦 Return Process

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at onemoretimefinds@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

2. We’ll review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging (or equivalent protection) within 7 days of approval.

4. Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund or store credit for the item price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ Additional Notes

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Refunds are processed only after inspection and confirmation that the defect was not disclosed.

• For items marked “as is” or “final sale”, no returns are accepted under any circumstances.

• This policy applies only to preowned items. New, handmade, or upcycled products may follow a separate return policy if noted.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. If you provide an email address upon ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of your items. Some items may ship separately.

Packaging: When possible, we use reused and recycled materials to pack your items.

Shipping Rates: All new product pricing includes shipping costs. Unless otherwise noted, for pre-owned and upcycled items, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total weight and shipping destination. Estimated shipping rates by weight are as follows: up to 2 pounds=$6; 2-up to 6 pounds=$12; 6-up to 12 pounds=$18; 12-up to 18 pounds=$24; 18 up to 24 pounds=$30; 24 up to 30 pounds=$36; 30-up to 36 pounds=$42; 36 pounds and up=$48. Please note, these are estimates only and you will see actual rates at checkout.

Local Pickup: Due to size and weight, some items are available only by local pickup. When this option is selected, we will contact you to arrange the time and location. The pickup location is in New Wilmington, PA (16142 zip code).
