Celebrating 400 Listings in a Sustainable Curated Shop

This week, I listed my 400th preowned and upcycled item at One More Time Finds.
That number stopped me.
Because this milestone isn’t just about inventory — it’s about building a sustainable online curated shop piece by piece, decision by decision, and sometimes doubt by doubt.
400 Preowned and Upcycled Pieces
Each of those 400 listings represents:
A hand-selected vintage or preowned find
A carefully cleaned or restored home decor piece
An upcycled creation made from reclaimed materials
Hours of photographing, describing, pricing, and listing
Many pieces began as overlooked items in thrift stores or estate sales. Some became part of my upcycled home decor, outdoor decor, or Kota Line collections — reimagined with resin, reclaimed frames, broken glass, or fresh finishes.
Every one required time.
Every one required belief.
Preowned home decor isn’t just about affordability. It’s about sustainability. It’s about choosing eco-friendly shopping over mass production. It’s about giving beautiful pieces a second life.
More Than Preowned: A Curated Shop with Intention
While this milestone celebrates 400 preowned and upcycled listings, One More Time Finds offers more than restored pieces.
Alongside vintage-inspired home decor, you’ll also find thoughtfully curated new products for your home or for everyday rituals — selected with the same care and intention.
From sustainable gifts to everyday rituals and home decor, each item is personally chosen. Nothing is added randomly. If it’s in this shop, it’s because it aligns with the values of quality, beauty, and thoughtful living.
The common thread isn’t whether something is old or new.
It’s intention.
The Reality of the Small Business Owner Journey
Behind every listing is the work most people don’t see.
Late nights adjusting lighting for product photography.
Rewriting product descriptions for clarity and SEO.
Learning new platforms.
Studying analytics.
Packaging orders by hand.
Showing up again when quitting feels easier.
Building a small business — especially a sustainable one — is rarely fast or glamorous.
It’s steady.
It’s persistent.
It’s personal.
And 400 listings later, I understand that growth doesn’t happen in viral moments. It happens in consistent effort.
Why Sustainability Still Matters
Choosing preowned home decor and upcycled creations reduces waste and extends the life of materials already in circulation.
Curating intentional new pieces supports thoughtful consumer choices instead of impulse buying.
In a world of fast everything, slowing down and choosing carefully feels meaningful.
That’s what One More Time Finds is about.
Discovering.
Renewing.
Repeating.
Thank You for Supporting a Sustainable Small Business
If you’ve purchased, joined my mailing list, shared, browsed, or encouraged — thank you.
Supporting a small sustainable curated shop means supporting creativity, second chances, and careful curation.
Here’s to 400 listings.
And to continuing to build something meaningful — one thoughtful piece at a time.
