Once More in Bloom: Where Forgotten Pieces Find New Life as Upcycled Table Trays

Some things are discarded not because they are broken—but because they are no longer seen.

The Once More in Bloom Collection was born from that quiet realization.

Each piece in this collection begins its life secondhand—found in thrift shops, estate sales, or places where objects often end their stories. Old art. Framed prints. Decorative pieces that once held meaning, now overlooked. Rather than erase their past, I work to honor it, allowing traces of history to remain visible as each piece is thoughtfully restored and reimagined.

Once More in Bloom is not about perfection. It is about preservation, transformation, and renewal.

A Collection Rooted in Rediscovery

Every tray in the Once More in Bloom Collection is created from reclaimed materials and original artwork. Some pieces still carry archival labels, artist information, or handwritten notes from decades ago. Others reveal subtle wear, texture, or marks that speak to their journey.

Rather than hiding these details, I bring them forward—sometimes literally—allowing the past to become part of the design.

Through layered resin, embedded glass, hand-finished frames, and carefully added hardware, each piece is transformed into a functional work of art—one meant to be used, displayed, and lived with.

Function Meets Story

These pieces are designed to live on coffee tables, consoles, ottomans, or shelves—not behind glass.

They are trays, yes—but also conversation pieces. Each one invites a closer look and often a question:

Where did this come from?

What was it before?

Why does it feel different from anything else?

The answer is simple: no two are ever the same.

Each Once More in Bloom piece is a one-of-a-kind creation. Once it finds a home, it cannot be replicated.

Honoring What Came Before

Whenever possible, original artist labels or identifying details are preserved. This is an intentional choice.

The Once More in Bloom Collection is not about erasing the work of others—it is about collaboration across time. My role is not to replace the original artist, but to carry their work forward in a new form, with respect and transparency.

Each piece also includes the One More Time Finds maker’s mark and, for select works, a certificate of authenticity documenting its transformation.

Blooming is not a single moment—it is a return.

This collection is a reflection of that belief: that beauty can reappear, that usefulness can be restored, and that stories do not end simply because something has been set aside.

Once More in Bloom is about giving these pieces another season—one that honors where they’ve been and celebrates where they’re going.

A Thoughtful Beginning

As this collection continues to grow, each piece will remain intentionally limited, carefully considered, and created with patience. These are not mass-produced items. They are slow pieces, meant to be chosen deliberately and kept.

If one speaks to you, it’s likely meant to.

Explore the Once More in Bloom Collection and discover pieces that were once overlooked-now thoughtfully restored and ready for their next story. Thank you for being part of its next chapter.
